An Imaging Service Engineer I performs scheduled service work on systems within a service area, and some unscheduled work with the assistance of technical support, as directed by the Area Service Manager. They must maintain excellent working relations, timely communications, and complete administrative duties associated with the job. Must be prepared to work odd hours and overtime hours on occasion and travel as required.

The Telecommunications Installer (Level IV) is responsible for complex installation and modification of circuits, power transitions, and equipment testing on active power systems. This role includes troubleshooting, overseeing critical work activities, and performing Site Supervisor duties to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and successful project execution. A Field Service Engineer will install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and otherwise maintain all Intuitive products in their assigned territory ensuring all service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled and exceeding customer expectations. Additionally, a Field Service Engineer with time served, will provide mentoring to junior Field Service Engineers, perform regional administrative tasks as required, and take part in new product introductions and process improvement initiatives as required.
